Forgotten

So I have been busy this summer and I really almost forgot about my promise to do five more web logs.  Honestly I think that most people who said that they would continue the web logs have either forgotten, will forget, or never intended to actually write the web logs.  I myself thought, what could happen if I chose not to follow through on my word?  Could my grade be changed because of my failure to follow through?  The answer I came up with to that question was that to me if my grade was changed or not didn't matter.  I gave someone my word and I have every intention of following through on my promise.

Work has been good for me.  Lowe's is my current employer and I enjoy my job and the people I work with.  I work full time and the money is definitely good.  I adopted a puppy from the Human Society about a week after school let out. He is half beagle and half schnauzer and is an absolute sweetheart other than the fact that he enjoys to chew on my miniblinds if I leave him alone in the house.  He chewed through three sets before I gave up and started keeping him in his crate when I left the house.

My fiancé Jason comes home from Iraq for a two-week visit in five days. I am very excited but also very nervous.  We really just kind of jumped into the living together situation and now everything is about to hit the fan so to speak.  I will be happy to finally have a roommate, other than Sammy the half beagle half-schnauzer miniblind eating wonder dog that is.

Sad to say not much else is going on.  I feel rather lonely at the moment because my friends from college have all gone home and I chose to stay and live here in Muncie so all my friends from home are at home without me and I rarely get to see them.  This situation is what prompted me to adopt my window treatment-eating animal actually.  Until next time, this is Heather Fogle and Sammy the Wonder Dog signing off.
